Yesterday Paravel launched a brand new site for type designer Mark Simonson, that puts his many typefaces front and center. It features a fully responsive design and retina optimization, plus web typography using his own Proxima Nova. For a closer look at the process, check out this post by Reagan Ray, and be sure to browse through the live site right here.

This morning I’m excited to share the wedding materials of designer couple Nicole Zeigler and Mike McQuade. Nicole and Mike collaborated on the design and art direction for their wedding, which was held in rural Pennsylvania last June. I’m especially loving all of the tactile, handmade details they incorporated into the otherwise clean and modern design, from the stitching on the invitations to the hand-stamped thank-you bags. There’s even more to see right here.

I’ve admired this project by KentLyons for quite awhile, so I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to get it up on the site! Tricolette is a Wool shop in London, for which KentLyons developed the brand, stationery, shop signage, window displays, bags and website. The color palette is one you don’t see too often, and I am loving it. Get a closer look right here.
