I’m loving this work for QT Port Douglas by Fabio Ongarato Design:
Each QT Resort and Hotel has it own unique character and individual personality both in design, story and language. With QT Port Douglas we wanted to capture the beauty of this exotic Australian destination with a personality that captured the theme of a ‘Hollywood-set on holiday’ inline with the hotel interior. We commissioned internationally renowned illustrator Jean-Philippe Delhomme to develop a series of illustrated scenes to depict a quirky, slightly humorous resort lifestyle in the tropics.

In a post over the weekend, I requested that if anyone had pictures of the finished pieces from the Learn + Let Go workshop to send them my way. Well, Erica from Arts & Recreation was kind enough to do just that. Below you can see the resulting collages made by cutting up and reassembling the workshop participants’ hand-lettering pieces. Pretty awesome, right?

You can see more images on the Arts & Recreation Facebook page. And for more information about Design Ranch, be sure to check out their site right here.
A recent browse through Hammerpress’s custom portfolio turned up this beautiful work for the W. 18th St. Fashion Show, a collaboration with Peregrine Honig.
