Brooklyn Makers

I just got my hands on a copy of Brooklyn Makers, a new pub­li­ca­tion from Princeton Architectural Press. The book fea­tures the pho­tog­ra­phy of Jennifer Causey, who first began doc­u­ment­ing “mak­ers” through The Makers Project, which she started in 2010. The result­ing book doc­u­ments a mix of estab­lished and up-and-coming arti­sans in many fields — bak­ers, ceram­i­cists, cloth­ing design­ers, florists etc. — and how they work in their own spaces.
