IBM Smarter Planet

When I first came across it, the IBM Smarter Planet campaign immediately grabbed my attention. The collaboration between Office and Ogilvy & Mather resulted in a series of bright, bold icons that have been used billboards, advertisements, posters and more both nationally and internationally.

Kate Drago: Unraveled

Print Revolution

This mailer for high school sophomores and juniors was created by 160/90 for Loyola University Maryland. The images below are from the second mailer in a series of two, which was intended to avoid the typical college campus imagery, and instead address the immediate emotions this particular audience might feel during this stage in their lives. I’d say if I had received this as a high school sophomore, it would definitely have convinced me.

Take a look at this post on The Boomerang Table to learn more about the project and see quite a few more images from the entire project.

A Swoonworthy Birth Announcement

The birth announcement for Allan Peter’s new addition fits easily among the most creative and beautiful I’ve seen. I absolutely love the color palette and all the little typographic details.

J. Chris Schwartz

I don’t have a whole lot of context on this project for Carver’s by J. Chris Schwartz, but I am definitely loving the combination of in-your-face typography and playful, offbeat copywriting.
