Malika Favre: Gucci Style Illustrations

This series of sum­mery illus­tra­tions were cre­ated by Malika Favre for the iPad Summer 2012 issue of Gucci Style. I love that each one feels very graphic but also fea­tures lots of sub­tle color tran­si­tions and tex­tures — the way she’s han­dled shad­ows is espe­cially beau­ti­ful. The typog­ra­phy included in each one was con­tributed by MeriMedia, who also com­mis­sioned the illustrations.
