Recent Grad: Trent Edwards: Atlas of Remote Islands Redesign

Trent Edwards is a recent grad of the excellent MFA program at Tyler School of Art. Of all his projects I’m especially loving his cartographic approach to the Atlas of Remote Islands redesign.

The grids are a bit heavy and should be screened back more, but other than that it’s great work.

Will this be for sale — with Jay’s redesign? The original is fantastic, and this just builds on it.

I don’t think anyone is saying the original needs redesigning. It’s a student exercise.
