I saw The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo this past week. I loved it, but whether or not you agree, you have to admit the opening title sequence is pretty amazing—creepy, dark and unsettling for sure, but amazing nonetheless.

And speaking of movies, I cannot wait for Moonrise Kingdom, Wes Anderson’s new movie featuring titles by Jessica Hische.

Super impressed with Swissted, an ongoing project by Mike Joyce of Stereotype Design.

I’m loving Ian Coyle’s 73 Letterpress project.

Check out these icy typographic installations.

I’m very much looking forward to how Aaron Carámbula’s typeface Marais shapes up.

I’m loving this new Skillshare spot, The Future Belongs to the Curious. (via swissmiss)

Michael Hagos created Tracks of the Year, a year-end best-of list that focuses on music rather than commentary.
