There was an out­pour­ing of love and sad­ness expressed over the pass­ing of Steve Jobs, a true cre­ative vision­ary, from within the cre­ative world and beyond. Many, many beau­ti­ful words were writ­ten, with a greater and more pro­found impact than I could ever man­age — see Frank Chimero, Russ Maschmeyer and Laura Vit.

Creative super cou­ple Kate and Will are cur­rently hold­ing a fundraiser to help reduce the costs of med­ical bills incurred dur­ing Will’s can­cer treat­ment. Though I’ve never met them in per­son, I’ve been fol­low­ing Kate’s blog for years, so I feel like I know them on some level.
