Design Work Life: Cataloging Inspiration Daily

The col­lec­tion of prints you see here are cre­ated by Anna See as part of her on-going series depict­ing local birds. Each one is made by using mul­ti­ple — up to six — hand-carved linoleum mounted wood blocks that are then printed with oil paint. I’m lov­ing the rus­tic, hand­made qual­ity she’s achieved through the process — per­fect for the sub­ject matter.
