Matthew Lyons

Not sure why it’s taken me so long to post about Matthew Lyons’ work, as I’ve been admir­ing it for quite awhile. So when I saw his new Locations series I fig­ured now was the time. It fea­tures the same tex­tural, geo­met­ric qual­ity and amaz­ing sense of color that drew me to his work in the first place. Check out a few more images right here.

    reminds me of 70’s Tom and Jerry car­toons because of geo­met­ri­cal shapes and high con­trast rela­tion­ships. tex­tures keep it vin­tage also.
