Rock Paper Show

I’ve always wanted to go to a Flatstock event, but unfortunately I’ve never been able to be in the same area at the same time. So Rock Paper Show, a new book that catalogs the screen printed posters created specifically for Flatstock, may be the next best thing. When the book releases in June, it will be available in a standard hardcover edition, as well as a limited deluxe edition that includes 20 posters commissioned specifically for the release. You will be able to find both versions right here, but in the meantime you can check out the previews.

You have to do everything you can and go to Flatstock. It’s so worth it. I live in Canada and drove down to Seattle with a friend and bought tickets for Bumbershoot, just so I could have access to Flatstock (we didn’t even stay to see any of the bands). I spent a ton of money on the most gorgeous gig posters, and would do it again in a second.
