I’m 100% sold on the Ace Hotel. Between the reviews and the pic­tures, I don’t need any more con­vinc­ing. But see­ing these typo­graphic paint­ings by Jeff Rogers might have just pushed it over the edge. New York song lyrics plus large scale hand-lettering? Amazing. Check out his Flickr stream for more.

    Jeff Rogers is the $%#*! Great per­son and great designer. He’s going places. Today to work and then home after­wards. But after that…the sky is the limit for this guy.
