Robert Mars

The work of Robert Mars is a “chron­i­cle of Americana”, accord­ing to the artist him­self. His mixed media pieces fea­ture lots of retro sig­nage, which is what drew me to his work ini­tially. For more, check out his Flickr stream, where he also cat­a­logs the pho­tographs used as ref­er­ence for many of his paintings.
