    Please be cau­tious in doing busi­ness with lou and lee! I was treated hor­ri­bly dur­ing a pur­chase I made with them on Etsy! I waited a month for two cus­tom hair clips! When I ques­tioned lou she left me neg­a­tive feed­back but with no expla­na­tion on Etsy! When I asked her what I did wrong (except for to wait for my pur­chase for a month) she told me that she did not want to embar­rass me! I never thought that pur­chas­ing from a stay at home Mom could be degrading!

    I just popped over to their etsy store and noticed they have given quite a few neu­tral and neg­a­tive feed­backs to cus­tomers but no explanation.
