San Francisco: Cornerstone Place

While driving up to Napa and looking for something to eat we stumbled upon Cornerstone Place in Sonoma. It turned out that their café was undergoing renovations, but we were pleasantly surprised with everything else we found there. Aside from shopping, wine tasting, and event spaces there are some really amazing sculpture gardens scattered throughout the property.

My favorite piece was this tree adorned with blue Christmas balls by Claude Cormier, a landscape architect. (See more of his work here.) I highly recommend making a stop there if you find yourself in wine country any time soon.
